ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
Effective Date: August 22, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes how you may and may not use the services, platforms, and systems we deliver or manage on your behalf — including hosting, cloud infrastructure, cyber security tooling, AI systems, and any managed accounts or credentials we operate for you. It applies for the duration of any active engagement.
1. Purpose
We want the services we build and manage to be used safely, lawfully, and as intended. This AUP sets out the ground rules for using them, whether you're accessing a platform we host, a system we manage, or a tool we've built for you.
2. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use any service, platform, or deliverable we provide or manage to:
- Host, transmit, or generate unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or fraudulent content
- Develop, distribute, or deploy malware, exploits, or tools intended to cause unauthorized harm to any system
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk communications
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data beyond what's been provisioned for you
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source of any proprietary tool, framework, or platform we license to you rather than deliver as owned code
- Resell, sublicense, or provide third parties access to managed services or credentials without our written consent
- Use AI-related deliverables (AI agents, automation, LLM-based tools) to generate illegal content, impersonate real people without consent, or automate abuse of third-party platforms
- Knowingly overload, disrupt, or abuse shared infrastructure or resources beyond agreed usage levels
3. Credentials & Access
Where we provision logins, API keys, or administrative access as part of a managed service, you are responsible for keeping these credentials secure and for activity that occurs under them, except where that activity results from our own negligence or breach.
4. Enforcement
We may suspend or restrict access to a service where we reasonably believe this AUP is being violated, particularly where the violation creates security, legal, or reputational risk. Where possible, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to correct the issue before suspending an active service.
5. Reporting Misuse
If you become aware of misuse of a service we provide — by your own team or a third party — please report it to legal@navritu.digital so we can investigate.
6. Relationship to Other Terms
This AUP applies in addition to our Master Terms of Service and, for website visitors generally, our General Website Terms of Use. Where they overlap, the more specific term for the context (website vs. delivered service) applies.
