NavRitu Digital, operating under the brand Web to Wealth (“NavRitu Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We continually work to improve the accessibility of our own website and to apply accessibility best practices in the digital products and experiences we build for our clients.

1. Our Commitment

We believe everyone should be able to access and use digital services, regardless of ability or the technology they use. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing effort at NavRitu Digital, not a one-time fix — it is reviewed as part of our regular design and development process, on our own website and, where agreed with clients, on the products we build for them.

2. Conformance Status

Target standard: Our benchmark is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

Current status: navritu.digital is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means that some parts of the website do not yet fully meet every success criterion of the standard. We are actively working to identify and close these gaps through ongoing audits and improvements.

We have not claimed full conformance because accessibility conformance should be verified through a proper audit and testing process, and we want this statement to accurately reflect where we are, not overstate it.

3. Reference Standards & Frameworks

Because we serve clients across India and internationally, we use WCAG 2.2 AA as a single technical benchmark that aligns with multiple regional frameworks:

This statement does not constitute a legal certification of compliance with any specific national law; it describes our technical target and ongoing effort.

4. Measures We Take to Support Accessibility

• Using semantic HTML and proper heading structure so screen readers and other assistive technologies can navigate content correctly
• Providing text alternatives for meaningful images and icons
• Maintaining sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds
• Ensuring interactive elements (buttons, links, forms) are operable via keyboard alone
• Designing forms with clear labels, instructions, and error identification
• Avoiding content that flashes or moves in ways that could trigger seizures or vestibular issues
• Reviewing new pages and features against WCAG 2.2 AA criteria before and after launch
• Training our design and development teams on accessible design and coding practices

5. Accessibility in Client Deliverables

Where a client engagement includes web, mobile, or application development or design, we apply WCAG 2.2 AA-aligned practices as part of our standard build process — including semantic markup, keyboard operability, color contrast, and alt text — unless the client's Statement of Work specifies a different standard or explicitly excludes accessibility work.

Important: Formal accessibility conformance testing, audits, VPAT/ACR documentation, or a specific legal compliance guarantee for a client's product are separate, scoped services and are only included in an engagement if explicitly listed in the signed Order or Statement of Work. General best-effort practices described above do not, by themselves, constitute a compliance certification for the client's deliverable.

6. Known Limitations

Despite our ongoing efforts, some content or features on navritu.digital may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitation categories can include:

• Older content or pages pending review against the current WCAG 2.2 AA checklist
• Third-party embedded content (e.g., maps, videos, booking widgets, payment gateway interfaces) that we do not fully control
• PDF or document downloads that have not yet been remediated for screen-reader compatibility

7. Assistive Technology Compatibility

We aim for navritu.digital to be compatible with commonly used assistive technologies, including screen readers (such as NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver), screen magnification software, speech recognition software, and keyboard-only navigation, across current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
