APPROVED SUB-PROCESSOR REGISTRY

This registry lists the third-party sub-processors NavRitu Digital (“we,” “us,” or “our”) currently uses that may process personal data on our behalf or on behalf of our clients. It is referenced by our Data Processing Agreement, Global Privacy Policy, and Cross-Border Data Transfer page.
1. Our Primary Data Store
Before listing third-party sub-processors, note that our primary data store — where core business and client data is held — is our own server infrastructure located in India. This is not a third-party sub-processor; it is listed here for transparency about where data ultimately resides.

3. Changes to This Registry
Under our Data Processing Agreement, we obtain a client's prior written consent before engaging any new sub-processor to process that client's personal data. This registry is updated whenever an approved sub-processor is added, removed, or changed.
