NAVRITU DIGITAL
CCPA / US PRIVACY
Effective Date: August 22, 2026
This page explains how NavRitu Digital (“we,” “us,” or “our”) approaches personal information belonging to California residents and other US consumers, under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”). It supplements our Global Privacy Policy.
1. Applicability
We collect limited personal information from US-based prospects and clients primarily through our inquiry and business forms, described in our Global Privacy Policy. We have not determined that we meet the CCPA/CPRA's mandatory applicability thresholds (based on annual revenue, volume of consumer data processed, or revenue derived from selling/sharing personal information). We extend the rights described below to California residents as a matter of good practice, regardless of whether the statutory thresholds are met.

3. We Do Not Sell or Share Your Personal Information
We do not sell personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration. We also do not “share” personal information as defined under the CPRA for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes — we do not run advertising pixels (such as a Meta Pixel or Google Ads remarketing tag) on our own website. Our use of Google Analytics is limited to understanding site traffic and engagement, not third-party ad targeting.
4. Your CCPA/CPRA Rights
- Right to Know — what personal information we've collected, used, and disclosed about you
- Right to Delete — request deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions
- Right to Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing — not applicable in practice, since we don't sell or share personal information as described above
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information — we do not use sensitive personal information beyond what's necessary to provide our services
- Right to Non-Discrimination — we will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised a CCPA right
5. How to Exercise Your Rights
Submit a request to legal@navritu.digital. We will verify your identity using the information reasonably available to us before responding, and will respond within 45 days, with a possible 45-day extension for complex requests (with notice to you of the extension and reason).
6. Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a CCPA request on your behalf. We may require proof of the agent's authorization and may still require you to verify your own identity directly with us.
7. Shine the Light
California's “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code §1798.83) allows California residents to request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. As described above, we do not sell or share personal information for such purposes.
