NAVRITU DIGITAL
MEDIA SPEND TRANSPARENCY POLICY
Effective Date: August 22, 2026
This policy explains how NavRitu Digital handles and reports on client advertising budgets across Meta, Google, Apple Ads, and other paid media channels, so clients always know where their money is going.
1. Billing Models We Use
How ad spend is billed depends on what's agreed in a client's Statement of Work (SOW). We use one of the following two models, and the applicable model for a given engagement is always specified in the signed SOW or proposal:
|
Model |
How It Works |
|
Pass-Through + Management Fee |
The client's ad spend is billed at cost (what the platform actually charges), with our compensation coming entirely from a separate, clearly stated management or service fee. We do not add a markup to the media cost itself under this model. |
|
Commission / Markup on Media Spend |
Our compensation is built into the media spend as an agreed commission or markup percentage, disclosed to the client upfront in the SOW, rather than charged as a separate line-item fee. |
2. What We Always Disclose
- Which billing model applies to your engagement, stated clearly in your SOW before spend begins
- Itemized reporting showing platform, campaign, and spend amounts on an agreed reporting cadence (typically monthly, or as specified in the SOW)
- Any change to the billing model or fee structure, communicated and agreed before it takes effect
3. Platform Rebates & Incentives
Where an advertising platform offers agency-level rebates, credits, or incentives tied to overall spend volume across our client base (not specific to a single client's campaign), these are retained by NavRitu Digital as part of our standard agency relationship with that platform, consistent with industry practice. We do not accept undisclosed kickbacks tied to the outcome or optimization decisions of a specific client's individual campaign.
4. Client Audit Rights
A client may request a reasonable review of their own campaign billing and platform-reported spend to confirm it aligns with our reporting, no more than once per contract year unless a discrepancy is identified.
5. Third-Party Platform Terms
Ad platforms (Google, Meta, Apple, and others) have their own billing, currency, and fee structures, which apply in addition to our own billing model and are outside our control.
