NAVRITU DIGITAL
MEDIA & PR RELEASE FRAMEWORK
Effective Date: August 22, 2026
This Framework describes how NavRitu Digital prepares, reviews, and issues public statements, press releases, and media communications — both about our own company and, where we provide PR support, on behalf of clients.
1. Purpose
Consistent, accurate, and properly authorized communication protects our reputation and our clients' trust. This Framework applies to press releases, official statements, media interviews, and public social media posts made in NavRitu Digital's or a client's official capacity.
2. Approval Workflow
- Draft — prepared by the responsible team member or PR lead
- Fact-check — all factual claims, figures, and quotes are verified against source material before the draft proceeds
- Review — leadership and, where relevant, legal review the draft for accuracy, tone, and risk before approval
- Sign-off — final release requires sign-off from an authorized spokesperson before publication
3. Designated Spokespeople
Only individuals designated as authorized spokespeople may speak to media or issue public statements on behalf of NavRitu Digital. For client engagements involving PR services, the client designates their own spokespeople; we do not speak on a client's behalf without their express authorization for that specific statement.
4. Client Confidentiality in PR Work
We do not name a client, reference client-specific details, or share client data in any press release, case study, or media statement without the client's prior written consent, consistent with our Mutual Non-Disclosure Baseline.
5. Accuracy & Corrections
We aim for every public statement to be accurate at the time of publication. If we discover an error after publication, we correct it promptly and transparently, and issue a follow-up statement where the error was material.
6. Embargoes
Where a release is shared with media under embargo, we expect the agreed embargo date and time to be respected, and we honor embargoes set by others in the same way.
7. Crisis Communication
In the event of a significant incident (e.g., a security breach, service outage, or reputational issue) requiring public comment, communications are escalated immediately to leadership, who coordinate a single, consistent response before anything is published, in coordination with our Grievance Redressal Mechanism where a complaint is the source of the issue.
8. Contact Us
